Services, deliverables, shoot duration, editing rounds, timelines, and pricing are based on the confirmed package, invoice, proposal, or written communication.
Client Responsibilities
Timely inputs and approvals
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, required permissions, location access, brand assets, references, and approvals needed to complete the work.
Payments
As per agreed schedule
Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delays in payment, approvals, or required inputs may affect production and delivery timelines.
Revisions
Limited to confirmed scope
Revision rounds are limited to the confirmed scope. Additional edits, shoot changes, or new deliverables may require revised timelines and additional charges.
Content Usage
Based on agreement
Final content usage rights follow the confirmed agreement. Studio Second Innings may use selected work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
